Rooms in the Fr. Val McInnes Center for Catholic Life are available for reservation by both Tulane students involved at the Catholic Center and the non-student faithful who attend the Center on a regular basis. All reservations must be approved by the chaplain on a case-by-case basis.
Tulane Catholic reserves the right to cancel or refuse any event whose nature, presentation or support of an issue is contrary to or inconsistent with our mission and/or Catholic identity.
STEPS TO RESERVING A ROOM
1. Choose the location, date, and time you desire.
2. Create a graphic to advertise your event and email it to ccollins@arch-no.org.
3. Fill out the form below, submit it, and wait for the approval.
Note: Your event will not be approved if your event needs to be advertised and you did not submit a graphic via email (step 2).
4. Once approved (allow a day or two), and only once approved, your event will be put on the Calendar and then your event will be advertised by the Communications Team.
TERMS
–By filling out and submitting this form, you agree to be held responsible for damages and/or failure to clean properly, return furniture to its place, and/or take out the trash. This responsibility may include financial compensation for damages and cleaning charges.
–No alcohol is permitted at the Center (even if involving only those of legal age). This includes receptions (e.g., weddings, funerals, baptisms, etc.). The only exception is events carried out and sponsored by Tulane Catholic staff.
–Food and drink are not permitted anywhere other than the first floor.
–If your event requires the purchase of supplies, you must gain approval before purchasing any items for which you expect to be reimbursed by Tulane Catholic. Check supplies before any purchases.
–Cleaning: All furniture returned to its place, trash taken out to the dumpster, counters, chairs, and tables cleaned, floors swept, appliances cleaned (stove, microwave, sink), all other items removed.
